what we offer

We provide a custom processing service which means that the farmers bring in their live animals and we process them from start to finish, including smoking items, making sausages etc. Some of the animals we process include:

Chickens & Turkeys
Deer/Venison

We provide retail (USDA) products and services that consumers can buy. Some of these items include:

Beef Steaks, Beef Roasts & Hamburger
Brats & Hot Dogs
Pork Chops & Pork Roasts
Many different kinds of beef sticks & Chunk Jerky

All meat is hormone and antibiotic free.

We also offer nitrate and gluten free products.
