Venison Trim Processing Prices

We do not start making sausages until  the end of December and since everyone’s venison is kept separate, it may be the end of March before YOUR order is done.

Venison Trim Requirements per the DNR:

All trim brought in for processing must have the registration number, owner’s name, customer’s name & the amount of venison brought in for sausages and/or further processing. (This information must be available when you bring in the venison.) PLEASE do not use colored or fragranced bags to transport your meat in. This can damage the meat and/or make your sausages or burger taste bad. (We will dispose of any meat that is no good.) Clear plastic bags work best to transport and/or store your meat.
